American Eagle - - Responsibilities: Lead Floorset execution and training the Floorset team to standards; Own day-to-day merchandising and replenishment activities to maintain brand standards; Coach team to ensure guest experience remains priority; Ensure store safety and shrink-reducing practices are followed; Support adherence to company policies and procedures
