Contract length: Shift length: 12 hour shifts Start Date: ASAP Use infection prevention practices during patient encounters and procedures. Perform medication reconciliation activities as directed and communicate discrepancies. Document care delivered, patient response, and communications in the medical record. Coordinate scheduling, referrals, and follow-up care with clinical and administrative teams. Work 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts.
