Pipefitter Job Description:
Install, repair, and build pipe systems for heating, hot water, cooling, and more in commercial buildings.
Responsibilities
Install various types of pipes utilizing blueprints.
Cut and assemble pipe using hand and or power tools.
Repair defective pipe.
Test pipes to ensure proper functionality and safety.
Connect piping systems with fittings, tack welding, or threaders.
Perform all other job duties as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 4 years of recent verifiable experience with pipefitting.
Experience in commercial new construction and renovations.
Hand tools are required for pipefitting.
Ability to work outside in varying weather conditions.
Ability to work overtime if requested.
Must have basic PPE (Work Boots | Hard Hat | Etc.).
Must be able to commute to projects in DFW.
