SUMMARY
Serves as the primary resource for team members, maintaining and enhancing operations by coaching, instructing, and coordinating activities. Trains new people in quality, safety, and environmental work instructions and provides performance feedback.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead a team in plating, polishing, assembly, coating, or other production areas.
Instruct and coordinate the activities and job assignments of team members.
Implement scheduling sequences for team members.
Maintain time‑keeping and production documentation.
Communicate among team members, including turnover meetings and ongoing communication.
Coordinate training for all team members (e.g., OJT and other required training).
Provide input and participate in performance feedback, review processes, and talent audits.
Ensure adherence to quality procedures for product quality and housekeeping.
Ensure team participation and compliance with safety rules, training, and environmental requirements.
Support leadership with productivity initiatives such as Lean/BCI.
Participate in selection and interviewing of new team members.
Assist with special projects as needed.
Enforce and reinforce company policies and practices.
Complete all appropriate paperwork for the area.
Maintain environmental responsibility and proper disposal of waste, including recyclables, standard, and hazardous waste.
May come into contact with hazardous chemicals.
Perform any other tasks required to fulfill Lincoln Industries’ Beliefs and Drivers.
ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE
Reports to: Manager or Department Manager
QUALIFICATIONS
Education and experience:
High School diploma or GED.
Team Leader Certification within 30 days of assignment.
Other skills:
Ability to interpret instructions in written, oral, diagrammatic, or schedule form.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Must be able to perform physical functions equivalent to Category B – Medium Labor Intensive.
