Overall Data Project coordination, working with client stakeholders, PO and Persistent onsite and offshore team for task planning and resolving dependencies
Design and build scalable data pipelines and integrations using Snowflake, DBT, and SQL Server, supporting analytics and reporting needs.
Key Responsibilities
Data Program Management
Overall Data Project coordination,
Strong Agile methodologies knowledge including Epic, stories creation and Agile tool setup and implementation
Working with client stakeholders, PO and Persistent onsite and offshore team for task planning and resolving dependencies for entire SDLC tasks
Coordinate with other Persistent teams for day to day tasks
Develop and optimize ETL/ELT workflows using DBT and SQL.
Design and implement data models in Snowflake.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and security across platforms.
Collaborate with analytics and BI teams to support reporting needs.
Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
Required Skills
Overall experience of 12-15 years
4–6 years of experience as Project lead/manager for data engineering project.
Worked on complex programs which involves multiple teams/geographies
Comfortable with onshore offshore model
Hands‑on experience with Snowflake and DBT.
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and performance tuning.
Experience with version control (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
Life science Industry experience is must
