JOB OVERVIEW
DSL Express is a 20‑year‑old carrier with offices in the Midwest, East, and West regions and a 150k‑sq‑foot warehouse in Chicago.
We offer high gross percentages, no forced dispatch, and the flexibility of 24/7 dispatch support.
Owner Operators can earn an average gross of $5K–$8K+ per week.
SOLO OWNER‑OPERATOR GROSS PAY
Estimated OTR gross 5 K–8 K+ per week during the post‑COVID market.
Typical weekly mileage 2 000–3 000 miles.
Team drivers earn 1.7× more and are considered on a case‑by‑case basis.
WANTED
Owner Operators with 2+ years of experience, reliable trucks, Class A CDL, and a clean MVR.
Newer drivers are welcome, but experienced truckers are preferred.
REGIONS
Lower 48. Primary focus: Midwest, East, Southeast, South, Southwest, and West. Optional high‑paying Canadian loads available.

JOB DESCRIPTION / RESPONSIBILITIES
Class A CDL with valid endorsements is required.
2+ years CDL experience and a clean MVR.
Reliable tractor; trailers available for rent.
Work 23+ years old, pass drug test, valid medical card.
Work with modern ELD systems.
Maintain safe driving record: no more than 3 violations in 3 years, no DWI/DUIs in last 4 years.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Profit‑sharing split: 82% linehaul, 18% kept by company (cargo & liability covered).
Option to take 88% linehaul with $250 weekly deduction for cargo and liability.
Weekly bonus eligibility for owner‑operator of the month and DOT inspection passes.
