Watermark is seeking an SEO/Data Analytics/PPC Specialist with 3 years of experience.
Monthly Tasks:
Generate marketing reports using Databox or Looker Studio.
Communicate data-driven insights to non-technical audiences.
Optimize on-site and local SEO.
Identify digital improvements and involve relevant stakeholders and teams.
Assist in creating audience segments based on behavior and analytics data.
Write ad headlines optimized for conversions.
Guide content marketing initiatives, including writing and publishing blog posts, planning and promoting on social media, and optimized website content.
Daily Tasks:
Implement client strategies as planned.
Monitor KPIs for each client.
Monitor ad accounts and report on key performance indicators.
Manage paid search, display, and social media advertising.
Communicate progress, roadblocks, and opportunities to internal teams.
As Needed:
Conduct competitor and market analysis.
Audit websites and marketing for sales prospects.
Set up keyword tracking and site audit tools.
Generate buyer personas based on target audiences and analytics data.
CRM data management.
AI integration and advancements
Collaboration and management of contractors with Digital tasks.
Create case studies and communicate important information to account teams.
Required Tools and Software:
Google Workspace Suite
Google Analytics
Google Ads
Asana or similar project management software
HubSpot or similar CRM/automation platform
SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screamingfrog for SEO
LinkedIn ads, Reddit ads, X ads, Meta Ads Manager
Databox, Looker Studio, or similar data source integration tools
Ideal Qualifications:
Prior work experience and/or internship in this field
Proficiency with automation platform(s)
Knowledge of marketing automation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Self-initiator
Team mentality
Passion for learning
Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tactics
Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
Experience with content creation and social media management
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
