Job Description
The 7th Grade Girls Lacrosse Head Coach is responsible for leading and developing the 7th‑grade girls lacrosse team by teaching fundamental skills, promoting teamwork, and fostering sportsmanship in a positive and supportive environment. Key duties include planning and conducting practices, developing game strategies, instructing players on lacrosse techniques, and ensuring the safety and well‑being of all team members in accordance with school and athletic department policies. The coach also mentors student‑athletes, supports their academic growth, communicates effectively with parents and staff, and collaborates with the athletic department to maintain program standards. Strong leadership, lacrosse knowledge, and a commitment to working with middle school students are essential for this role.
