
Customer Care Coordinator, E-Business

The Big Picture and Why This Position Exists.
As a F.C. Tucker Customer Service Coordinator you will proactively provide first-class customer service to potential and existing F.C. Tucker customers as well as our sales associates and company partners. Customers contacting us are in the initial inquiry stage of the home finding process and our role is to help coordinate that process until the prospective customer is ready for sales associate assistance.
Additionally, you will assist sales associates & their clients with organizing, scheduling, and offering home-related products and services from over 180 service and product vendors who are a part of the F.C. Tucker Home Services program.
A normal day might entail:
Managing and responding promptly to service requests and inquiries received via telephone, email, website, and other communication channels.
Assign internet leads to sales associates based off the geographic location of the office.
Track and manager customer accounts.
Assist agents in the back end of several closing processes by ensuring our documentation is correct so that closings go smoothly.
Analyze data by creating reports while looking for creative ways to improve and enhance our programs.
Assist in sales associate training of E-Business programs.
Recommend Home Services vendors to clients and agents
A variety of other things as well.

Google G Suite/Workspace (e.g. Gmail, Docs, Sheets, and Drive)
Hours:
The schedule is a bit unique, but it does have a very positive perk. In total there are 3 Customer Service Coordinators. During the week, there are 3 shifts that rotate, and each coordinator works 2 of the 3 shifts (8:30-1:00; 12:00-5:00; 5:00-8:00). Every three weeks, each coordinator works the weekend shift (Saturday 10-7 and Sunday 11-6) then has the following Thursday and Friday off resulting in a 4 day weekend.
Compensation:
Starting at $18.00 per hour plus monthly performance bonuses
