What’s the Job?
Lead and support complex, multi-functional SAP S/4 HANA implementation projects focused on Finance transformation.
Partner with business, IT, and external vendors to ensure successful project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.
Manage project plans, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication across global teams.
Guide technical and business teams through solution design, data migration, testing, and change management processes.
Drive operational readiness, continuous improvement, and organizational change initiatives to maximize project impact.
What’s Needed?
10+ years of experience in Finance or Accounting, with a strong background in SAP S/4 HANA project leadership.
15+ years of project or program management experience delivering large-scale, cross-functional initiatives.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proficiency with project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile hybrid) and collaboration tools (SharePoint, MS Project, MS Office).
Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills to guide diverse teams through complex transformations.
