About the role
The Quality Audit Analyst will be a subject matter expert within the assigned department, ensuring that Symetra standards and procedures are strictly followed. This role is an outstanding chance to identify learning opportunities, provide timely quality feedback, and resolve issues while setting expectations regarding process, service, and performance guarantees.
What you will do
Quality analysis of the claims process for:
- Accuracy with liability and financial decisions
- Appropriate use of internal and external risk resources
- Processing is performed timely and accurately
- Adherence to legal and operational compliance requirements
- Communication of results to individuals and management
- Supplemental Health Product Knowledge
Analyze results:
- Assess skill gaps and make recommendations for solutions
- Collaborate with peers and organizational partners to ensure consensus and consistency
- Provide support and mentor individuals as needed
- Participate in ad hoc audits, projects, and initiatives as assigned

Compensation
Hourly Range: $27.10 - $45.16 plus eligibility for annual bonus program.
Who You Are
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience, college degree a plus.
- 2-4 years of cumulative, relevant experience
