Community/Property Manager (Full-Time, On-Site) A residential community is seeking an experienced Community/Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a mid-rise condominium property. This on-site role is responsible for building operations, vendor management, resident relations, financial oversight, and implementation of Board directives. Salary is $85-90k
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily property operations and building systems
Oversee vendors (maintenance, security, landscaping, etc.)
Coordinate preventative maintenance and capital projects
Serve as primary point of contact for residents
Handle financial processes including invoices and budget support
Prepare reports and support Board meetings
Qualifications:
5+ years of condominium/property management experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
Highly organized with attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management systems
Ability to be on-call for emergencies
CMCA/AMS credentials preferred
