Cannabis Inventory Associate

Schedule: Full-Time | Flexible Availability, Including Weekends | Kingston, MA

Pay: $17$19 per hour | Full-Time | Benefits + Employee Discounts

The Cannabis Inventory Associate supports daily retail operations by managing inventory flow, ensuring compliance, and maintaining organization within the vault and fulfillment areas. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, requiring accuracy, reliability, and cannabis retail experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cannabis retail or inventory experience required


• Process incoming deliveries and verify product compliance


• Maintain accurate inventory counts and track discrepancies


• Prepare, label, and stock products for sale


• Update product data and testing information in POS and METRC systems


• Support fulfillment and ensure all inventory meets regulatory standards

Salary

$17 - $19 USD per hour

Required Skills

• Cannabis retail or inventory experience required


• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry


• Familiar with METRC or cannabis POS systems


• Reliable, organized, and able to follow compliance procedures


• Comfortable with physical tasks (lifting up to 40 lbs, standing for long periods)


• Must be 21+ and able to pass all required background checks
