Supply Chain Associate

? JOB SUMMARY: The Supply Chain Associate will support the Supply Chain team through a 12-month program designed to build foundational knowledge in supply chain operations within the beauty industry. This role involves hands-on experience in inventory management, forecasting, planning, and order management while working on cross-functional projects. The associate will collaborate with multiple teams, contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, and gain exposure to senior leadership in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Support inventory management, forecasting, and supply planning activities • Assist with order management, credit management, and assembly processes • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support supply chain operations • Analyze data and assist in reporting for supply chain functions • Contribute to process optimization and efficiency improvements • Perform general administrative and operational support tasks • Work with supply chain systems and reporting tools REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree completed within the last 12 months (no more than 5-month gap) • Minimum 3.0 GPA • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to build cross-functional relationships • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities • Self-motivated with strong work ethic and confidentiality awareness • Customer service mindset with ability to escalate issues appropriately • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: • Engineering degree • Experience with SAP • Cross-cultural awareness and strong emotional intelligence Education: Bachelors Degree
