In this high‑impact role, you’ll support properties that need extraleadership—whether due to staffing gaps or performance opportunities—bringing stability, energy, and expertise to drive results. If you enjoy variety, problem‑solving, and leading teams to success, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do
Drive property success by overseeing operations, maximizing revenue, and improving overall performance
Lead leasing and sales efforts to meet and exceed occupancy and revenue goals
Partner with leadership to optimize pricing strategies for new leases and renewals
Create and execute business plans aligned with property and company goals
Own financial performance, including budgeting, reporting, and working closely with accounting
Develop marketing strategies and implement quarterly plans to stay competitive in the market
Ensure compliance with company policies, Fair Housing laws, and safety standards
Recruit, coach, and develop team members, fostering a high‑performing and engaged culture
Step in where needed, bringing structure, leadership, and results to communities that need it most
Qualifications

Prior management and budgeting experience in real estate, hospitality, retail, or a related field
Ability to commute across the Greater Bay Area (Antioch, Brentwood, Concord, Martinez, Walnut Creek, Alameda County and San Francisco)
Great to haves
2-3 years residential property management experience
Understanding of industry software such as Yardi, Onesite, REBA
High School Diploma or equivalent or post secondary education a plus
Compensation
The compensation range for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 / year plus generous leasing and quarterly bonuses.
