Customer Relations Representative

Our State Farm agency is looking for a motivated and outgoing Customer Relations Representative who can blend community engagement, social media, and sales. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people both online and in person, while also helping customers with their insurance needs. In this role, you'll help grow the agency's presence through content creation, community involvement, and new business development. You'll manage our social media accounts, represent the agency at local events, and support office marketing efforts while also handling sales conversations, quoting, and onboarding new customers.
Key responsibilities include:
Create and schedule engaging content for social media platforms
Help coordinate and attend community events and sponsorships
Build relationships with local businesses and organizations
Handle inbound and outbound sales opportunities
Quote and onboard new customers
What we're looking for:
Friendly, confident communicator
Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
Interest or experience in sales (insurance or related field preferred)
Comfortable representing the agency in the community
Organized and proactive with strong follow-through
Must have or be able to obtain a Property & Casualty insurance license
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
