Hatchery Clerk

Job Title
Process and submit employee time and attendance in ADP Time system.
Process eggs set, chicks hatched, and chick placement records in MTech daily.
Send out Placement Detail Reports from MTech daily.
Complete the Weekly Hatchery Cost Report.
Complete other weekly reports for conference calls.
Communicate with and submit data to vendors.
Work with the Hatchery Manager and Assistant Manager to obtain all necessary accounting information.
Keep weekly files of all source documents and reports.
Cross-Train with other positions within the department.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Pay: $19.50
