Job Description
We are currently looking for a collaborative individual with a bias towards action to join our Fem inine Care M edia team in Cincinnati, Ohio . The media planning and buying manager will be part of the expanding Fem Care media team including a media director, strategic media planners, digital media strategist, media a nalysts and traders/buyers within the broader North America Fem Care organization. The media team will work closely with the brand and creative teams to build and execute strategies to bring to life our brand purpose and business goals for our Always, Tampax, Always Discreet and This is L brands. The media planning and buying manager will be accountable for leading the strategic and tactical media plans for the Fem Care brands and collaborating with the planners and strategists as an integrated team to deliver flawless execution.

Responsibilities

Translate brand briefs into strategic plans to meet goals/objectives by leading holistic media planning for a portfolio of brands across all media channels

Leverage industry planning tools and data to conduct audience identification analysis and scenario planning.

Evaluate existing and emerging media opportunities and bring forward recommendations /POVs.

Be r esponsible for tactical plan creation as well as audience creation, campaign set up, execution , tagging/trafficking creative assets and reporting across social media channels

Monitor campaign pacing and performance in line with Brand goals and objectives making o ngoing campaign optimization recommendations and m easur ing impact of campaigns using quantitative and qualitative metrics

Present campaign recaps and insights to brand teams

Serve as subject matter expert across a range of Paid Social channels, managing the day -to-day and partnering with our creative and PR agency counterparts to execute strategies/programs that unlock growth.

Partner to develop digital media journeys, on-ramps, and audience strategies to deliver highly targeted, premium, and relevant media programs.

Work successfully across in-house team and key media and creative agency teams for full integration of media and communications plans

Job Qualifications
Required Qualifications

1+ years of experience executing holistic paid digital media campaigns in social media platform s

1+ years of strategic media planning experience

Experience leveraging data to provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance

Experience leveraging industry standard planning tools & data sets to create data driven media plans and optimizations

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years of experience executing holistic paid digital media campaigns in social media platform s (Facebook Blueprint Certification a plus)

2+ Years Agency Experience working with clients who have significant national advertising

Deep expertise in paid social media to drive brand and ecommerce, experience with online to offline and app acquisition campaigns

Strong analytics background: Able to triangulate between data, brand goals and opportunities to make recommendations and optimize plans .

Understanding of analytics tools ( e.g., Google Analytics)

Working understanding of the typical processes and tools utilized by buying/investment teams across all media types, particularly TV, publishing, programmatic buying, reserve digital, social and search.

Starting Pay/Salary Range: $85,000 –$122,200
