About the Department:

About the Role:
As the Head of Benefits, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing a global benefits strategy that supports Invescos business goals and enhances the employee experience. In close partnership with HR, Finance, Legal, and external vendors, youll ensure our programs are competitive, cost-effective, and aligned with the diverse needs of our global workforce.
Responsibilities of the Role:
Develop and implement global benefits strategy in alignment with companys business needs and objectives.

Oversee the implementation and administration of global benefits programs, policies, plans, and processes

Monitor legislative trends and emerging practices globally to ensure all benefits programs remain compliant with applicable local, regional, and international laws and regulations.

Lead and support global and local projects such as benefit launches, vendor RFPs and transitions, benefit design reviews and changes, and technology deployment.

Cultivate strong working relationships by collaborating closely with HR, Finance, Legal, and other key stakeholders to ensure the seamless integration of benefits programs.

Develop, maintain and manage effective relationships with external vendors and benefit service providers, including contract negotiation, quality benefits administration and service levels.

Analyze benefit plan performance and evaluate overall effectiveness of current programs in meeting organizational goals and employee needs, and develop strategic recommendations for enhancements, cost optimization, and improved employee experience.

Requirements of the Role:
10+ years of industry experience directly related to benefits management, including experience with diverse employee populations and global regulatory environments.

Previous experience in strategy, design and global administration, including management of benefit offerings for international locations.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to establish and maintain a productive working relationship with key internal partners

Excellent problem-solving and written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
