Site 2020, a leader in the traffic control technology industry, is looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team. We have been in the industry for 10+ years and the addition of a Business Development Manager in Australia is the next step in our global expansion.

Responsibilities:
Reporting to the National Sales Director, the Business Development Manager will be responsible for:
Prospect, identify and generate new opportunities via cold calling, email, phone, LinkedIn, etc. to build a pipeline of targeted prospects.
Manage sales pipeline through sequential states of the sales process: prospect, initial outreach, product demo, negotiation and close.
Manage relationships with c-level executives while navigating multiple decision-makers.
Conduct activities including outbound calls, emails and sales demonstrations with prospective clients in territory.
Using strong research skills and industry knowledge to answer inquiries about the product.
Travel 50% of the time to surrounding areas.
Compensation
Salary + Commission + Bonus
80K expected in year 1
100K+ expected in year 2
All travel expenses are covered by Site 2020

Qualifications and Experience:
1 year of sales, business, or related field or equivalent work experience
Valid Driver’s License & clean abstract
Willingness to travel:
50% travel away from home
