Part-Time Deputy Clerk of Council City of Middletown The City of Middletown is accepting resumes for the position of Deputy Clerk of Council. This is a part-time position that provides comprehensive administrative and professional support to the Clerk of Council, Mayor, and City Council Members. The role performs a variety of administrative, technical, and operational duties to ensure the efficient functioning of Council office activities. The position also assists with scheduling, meeting coordination, and the management of the City’s records program. Requirements: High school diploma with additional coursework in public or business administration, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation preferred, or the ability to obtain within three years. Certified Municipal Clerk (CMC) designation preferred, or the ability to obtain within three years.
