Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is seeking a Communications Analyst to support mission‑critical government clients. The ideal candidate will collaborate with a high‑performing team, engage with a broad range of stakeholders, and play a key role in expanding CGS capabilities while continuing to grow their technical and consulting expertise.
The Communications Analyst serves as the authoritative voice on organizational narrative. This role is responsible for translating complex strategic objectives, technical information, and sensitive executive developments into clear, compelling, and culturally aligned messaging. The position operates at the intersection of Leadership, Marketing, and Operations.
Responsibilities
Develop and own the core messaging pillars for the organization, ensuring consistency across all platforms (web, print, social, and internal).
Act as a speechwriter and advisor for C‑suite leadership, ghostwriting op‑ed pieces, keynote addresses, and sensitive internal memos.
Establish the "Voice of the Brand" guidelines and oversee quality assurance for high‑stakes deliverables.
Lead the communication response during PR crises, data breaches, or major organizational restructuring.
Distill highly technical or legal information into digestible summaries for non‑technical stakeholders.
Act as a primary point of contact for high‑tier media outlets, managing brand reputation and press inquiries.
Requirements
Minimum of 2+ years in high‑level corporate communications or agency leadership.
Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or a related field.
A proven track record of managing large‑scale campaigns or successfully navigating a public crisis.
Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Competitive base salary range $75k‑$85k.
