
Marketing- Associate Product Manager

Overview The Associate Product Manager will assist in developing and implementing strategic and tactical initiatives for a key product and/or market segment on a global basis to help drive direction and growth. Demonstrates leadership within the Division Marketing department, takes an active role in day-to-day operations, and participates in product development activities for product and/or market segment responsibility.
Responsibilities Own the general management of product franchise including global commercial strategy, financial performance, demand and supply planning, budget management, product line resolution, sustaining activities, sales engagement and training, and collaboration with global marketing entities
Develop and execute bold, comprehensive product marketing plans including strategic and technical components that drive business growth & market penetration
Communicate with domestic sales force and global marketing entities (directly and through international marketing).
Identify and communicate market trends to division management and internal “team.”
Build relationships with and know key customers/distributors and major buying groups.
Forecast sales volume, monthly and long-term.
Budget administration (promotional and expense).
Profit and loss responsibility for product line.
Identify and develop marketing programs, sales tools and promotions.
Develop and deliver annual global marketing and strategic plans
Recommend product line modifications, extensions, new products and product deletions
Required Skills Bachelors degree required, MBA preferred
2+ years experience working in a Product Manager or similar role required
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including consultative and relationship management required
Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and investigative skills required
Experience working in, marketing, health-tech, or healthcare industry preferred
Understanding in tracking and interpreting market share, pricing, ASPs, competitive dynamics required
Substantial knowledge of marketing concepts and principles required
Ability to create comprehensive marketing strategies with supporting plans and the ability to execute.
Possess a clinical knowledge related to hospital environment, clinical practice and reimbursement policies preferred
Strict attention to detail and ability to be decisive in an often ambiguous environment
Ability to interact with senior internal and external personnel on significant matters often requiring coordination between organizations across business units
Ability to manage competing priorities across multiple product lines
Ability to create and maintain Excel financial/forecast models to support business cases, market segment evaluations and commercial pathways for short-term and long-term initiatives
Ability to work in a team environment, working closely with global marketing team, key opinion leaders and regional sales teams
Action-oriented with demonstrated ability to drive results
Proven ability to work in high-paced environment and routinely work on multiple tasks with multiple people while effectively prioritizing
