Production Coordinator - Dry Gas Seals (2nd Shift) Full-time

Summary of Essential Functions Coordinates and processes all work order requirements pertaining to manufacturing.
Responsibilities Coordinates work order flow daily from supermarket to workstations.
Coordinates with Manufacturing Engineering when questions arise with blueprints and/or revisions.
Troubleshooting problems associated with seal assembly and testing difficulties.
Prepare, organize and maintain documentation as required for seal assembly and testing.
Assist in preparing drawings for assembly/disassembly tools and/or fixtures.
Provide assistance when required in administrative functions. Absorption and Back flush.
Completes special projects as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Demonstrates technical excellence in all aspects project execution.
Reports monthly on project performance.
Reports monthly on Objectives progress.
Shift Hours 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm (Monday - Friday)
EHS Requirements Additional duties and responsibilities will vary based upon departmental needs.
Complete all work in a safe manner and follow all safety requirements consistent with supporting the Company’s goals.
Lifting guidelines in accordance with the Manual Lifting Guidelines noted in the Safety Handbook.
Follow all environmental requirements consistent with supporting the company’s environmental performance goals.
Complete, and actively participate in all other EHS training requirements.
Qualifications High School Diploma or GED and minimum of 2 years’ technical schooling or 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
Accuracy with numbers.
Good communication skills – both oral and written.
Experience in leading diverse teams.
Collaborative team player.
