LCS Senior Living - 902 Jacksonville Road - Responsibilities: Provides personal care and homemaking services (light housekeeping) essential to the patient's health care and comfort at home, including shopping, errands, laundry, meal planning and preparation (including therapeutic diets), serving of meals, assisting the patient with activities of daily living and assisting with prescribed exercises and the use of special equipment; Performs duties as assigned, including vital signs, showers, baths, oral hygiene, nail care, skin care, pressure relief, dressing, feeding transferring (including lifts), and assisting with ambulation, with assistive devices, as needed; Responds to the physical, mental, social, spiritual, cultural, and emotional needs of terminally ill patients and their families within the scope of their practice; Demonstrates the ability to use techniques to assist the patient in meeting activities of daily living; Positions the patient in bed using proper body alignment
