While traditional artwork focuses on preparing existing designs for production, creative artwork is a blending of the design and artworking. It involves both the creation of original designs and the subsequent preparation of those designs for production.
Responsibilities Manage and contribute to design projects from conception to completion.
Maintain brand consistency across all creative outputs.
Oversee production processes to ensure quality and adherence to timelines.
Contribute to a team environment that fosters creativity and problem-solving.
Balance and prioritize multiple projects of varying scopes and scales.
Use advanced artwork software to create and refine designs.
Work with new or existing presentation decks to create visually appealing, persuasive, effective presentations.
Stay current with the latest technological advancements in design and artwork creation.
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.
Support and live Momentum’s values.
All other duties as required.
Qualifications & Requirements 3+ years’ experience in artwork or related fields.
Strong skills in artwork software and technologies.
Excellent time management and organizational skills.
A creative thinker with strategic insight.
Good communication skills for effective teamwork and collaboration.
Problem-solving abilities and the capacity to implement solutions under pressure.
Commitment to personal and professional growth.
Keeping informed about industry trends and technological advancements.
Ability to work positively and collaboratively.
Business Skills Problem-solving, attention to detail, and critical thinking abilities.
Efficiency in managing systems and workflows.
Ability to work on large-scale projects while adhering to timelines.
Effective collaboration with a diverse range of stakeholders.
Salary Range The salary range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000. The final compensation will depend on factors including actual ranges for current/former employees in the subject position, market considerations, location and region, budgetary considerations, tenure and standing with the company, and the employee’s background, pertinent experience, and qualifications.
