Seasonal Poolside Bartenders
to join our Food & Beverage team at the Pavilion Pool.
In this role, you'll deliver exceptional service in a high-energy, outdoor poolside environment while creating memorable experiences for our Members and guests.

What will be expected of you:
Provide immediate, attentive service to Members and guests; introduce yourself and request member club numbers
Mix, prepare, serve, and upsell beverages for poolside guests
Prepare drinks for the service bar supporting Pavilion floor servers
Set up assigned sections and complete opening, side work, and closing duties
Enter food orders accurately through the Jonas POS system and communicate special requests or allergies to the culinary team
Maintain clean and organized bar, FOH, and BOH areas at all times
Reset bar and service areas and support teammates as needed
Verify check accuracy, including pricing, taxes, and tips
Address guest concerns promptly and notify leadership when needed
Attend pre-meal meetings as scheduled
Maintain full availability, including weekdays, weekends, evenings, and holidays
Qualifications
Minimum of two years of bartending experience (preferred)
Intermediate knowledge of cocktails and mixology (required)
Two years of hospitality experience (preferred)
TIPS or equivalent certification (preferred)
