Microsoft O365 and Power Platform Configuration Lead
Job Description
This role is the technical engine of the OIP’s reporting and automation capabilities. By building the "End User Tooling" and performance dashboards, this lead ensures that OCI has the data it needs to prove its value to VHA leadership.

Detailed Scope of Work & PWS Alignment

Power Platform Architecture:

Design, implement, and maintain MS SharePoint and Power Platform products (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps) to support OCI workstreams.

Performance Monitoring Dashboards:

Create and monitor dashboards for performance metrics and workflow improvements. Use Power BI to capture outcome impacts of OCI interventions.

Automation & Integration:

Integrate workflow and ticketing systems with automation tools. Use Power Automate to streamline updates to Value Stream Maps and implementation guides.

UX/UI Design:

Ensure SharePoint and Power Platform designs incorporate visual professionalism and maximize user experience for VA staff.

Qualifications

Advanced Technical Proficiencies:

Development:

Expert in Power Apps (Canvas/Model-driven), Power Automate, and Power BI.

Data:

Proficiency in SQL and SharePoint architecture.

Design:

Strong understanding of UX/UI principles for business applications.

Experience:

3+ years leading design and implementation of MS SharePoint and Power Platform products.

Compensation:
