General Handyman

Job Description:

Allied National Services is seeking a skilled and reliable General Handyman to join our team. As a General Handyman, you will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks to ensure that our clients' properties remain in top condition. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and minor installations.


• Conduct basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC tasks.


• Troubleshoot and fix minor issues with equipment, appliances, and fixtures.


• Provide preventative maintenance for both commercial and residential properties.


• Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner.


• Ensure all tools and materials are available and maintained.


• Communicate effectively with clients and management to ensure work is completed to their satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role.


• Strong knowledge of maintenance, repair, and general building systems.


• Basic skills in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC.


• Ability to handle various hand tools and power tools.


• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


• Strong communication and customer service skills.


• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.


• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
