ROI-Driven Consultation: Deliver measurable success by demonstrating the direct link between superior hygiene management and animal performance/profitability.
Market Influence: Represent Schippers at national industry groups and major events (e.g., World Pork Expo), positioning our brand as the global leader in biosecurity.
Global Collaboration: Partner with our international product managers and technical specialists to bring European innovations to the American market.
Key Account Ownership: Take ownership of a select group of accounts, driving the entire process from initial acquisition to long-term strategic management and growth.
