
Sr Business Development Manager

Responsibilities
Structure and drive strategic partnerships and new business relationships including development of key economic, business, and operational terms; negotiate and implement contracts with these partnerships; and lead their evolution
Scout, identify and/or create new business opportunities and partnerships: a) identify and analyze sophisticated market/business opportunities, b) evaluate key players and technologies, c) assess customer and market opportunities, d) develop differentiated product/service strategies, e) create potential economic/financial/business models, f) make T‑Mobile recommendations, and g) develop business relationships to create new strategic partners.
Run senior‑level relationships with internal customers and with key players in the mobile industry – both in established and emerging segments and ecosystems.
Develop deep domain expertise in sectors vital to T‑Mobile’s core strategy.
Provide strategic analysis and guidance (economic/financial, customer and market opportunities, key players and technologies, potential business models, T‑Mobile fit, etc.) for a multitude of sectors and domains.
Formulate recommendations and lead reviews of new opportunities, technologies, business models etc., to cross‑functional teams
Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
Qualifications
7-10 years in Business development, alliance management, and/or strategic sales experience with financial/economic analysis preferably in consumer‑focused wireless, high‑tech (software, internet
ew media, entertainment/content, etc.) or consumer electronics industries.
Telecommunications industry experience preferred.
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related field required.
