What You Will Do

Develop and execute a strategy to grow our client’s presence in Vancouver and Southwest Washington

Represent the business at client meetings, industry events, and within the local community

Identify and pursue new opportunities through your network, referrals, and market insight

Collaborate with estimating, project management, and leadership teams to develop winning proposals

Maintain client relationships throughout the full project lifecycle

Build and strengthen relationships with developers, architects, and key stakeholders

Who You Are

5+ years’ experience in business development, marketing, or client relations (construction or real estate preferred)

Strong existing network within the Vancouver/Portland market

Experienced in consultative, relationship-driven sales (not transactional)

Confident communicator with the ability to build trust and influence

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or similar

Experience using CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics preferred)

Bonus Points

Established network within the Southwest Washington and Portland construction market

Familiarity with Procore or similar project management tools

Understanding of multifamily and commercial construction

What’s On Offer

Competitive base salary: $135,000 – $175,000 (depending on experience)
