What's the role
As a manager in Programmatic you’ll deliver best-in-class work for clients. You’ll apply your programmatic knowledge and experience to impact client deliverables and the wider team. You will help define the campaign delivery plan, including objectives and success metrics, and generate and promote innovative new concepts using our test and learn approach. You’ll share successes across the practice by identifying and improving guidelines, playbooks, processes, and automation opportunities.

What you do

Deliver highly successful, brilliant campaigns that outperform KPIs, stay within budget, and meet deadlines.

Define campaign delivery plans and measurement targets.

Track and optimise campaigns effectively.

Serve as the primary point of contact for day‑to‑day client tasks and deliverables.

Develop and implement guidelines and processes, contributing ideas around automation or process improvement.

Actively contribute to a best‑practice roadmap so that our programmatic offering continually evolves.

Mentor others across the practice to grow capability and knowledge.

Who you are

Strong programmatic delivery track record with 2+ years of experience.

Passionate about your craft.

Demonstrable success in optimising programmatic campaigns and adopting automation, processes, and technology.

Good understanding of how other channels work and optimise together.

Confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator who cares about quality and continuous learning.

Passionate about growing the knowledge of those around you.

Excellent presentation, data analysis, and reporting skills.

Strong attention to detail, methodical and process‑orientated.
