Job Description:
Ohio High Reach is seeking a Territory Manager for our Cleveland, Ohio location. We are seeking a sales professional with a proven record of meeting sales goals and generating new sales to grow our current customer base in their assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish new customers through cold calling and personal visits to offices and job sites.
Coordinate and communicate with branch personnel throughout the rental process.
Meet or exceed rental and sales budget.
Develop product knowledge of current and new fleet.
Educating customers on equipment capabilities.
Job Requirements:
Establish new customers through cold calling and personal visits to offices and job sites.

Physical Requirements:
Ability to visit customer sites, job sites, and equipment yards, including walking
on uneven surfaces, gravel, mud, or construction environments.
Ability to operate a motor vehicle in compliance with company and state safety requirements.
License/Certifications:
Driver’s License (Required)
Pay:$40,000 – $43,000 (Base) + Commissions
Company vehicle.
Company credit card for business related expenses.
You will have the option to supply your own mobile phone or the Company will
provide one.
Company laptop.
