We’re hiring a Yard Jockey to safely move trailers around our facility – an ideal role for someone working toward a full-time driving position. If you’re dependable, detail-oriented, and eager to gain experience in a professional trucking environment, this is your opportunity to get your foot in the door.
What You’ll Do
Move trailers in and out of loading docks and staging areas on site
Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety
Communicate with dispatch, loaders, and maintenance teams to keep operations running smoothly
Learn and apply safety protocols and yard procedures
Keep equipment clean and report any issues promptly
What We’re Looking For
Valid CDLA or a recent graduate of a CDL training program (or working toward it)
Willingness to work outdoors and in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate equipment safely and responsibly
Interest in gaining experience and growing into a full-time driving role
