POSITION SUMMARY
Customer Experience Associate is responsible for providing excellent and accurate data entry of customer transactions and requirements, communicating effectively with team members within the customer experience team, as well as cross-functionally with sales and production planning.

Skills & Abilities
Education: High School diploma/GED required. Associate degree in a business-related field is preferred.
Experience: 3-5 years of data entry experience required in a fast-paced environment. HVAC product knowledge is preferred.
Computer Skills: Ability to type a minimum of 35 wpm.Skill with MS Office Suite.
Certificates & Licenses: N/A
Other Requirements: Excellent written communication skills, detail oriented and ability to adapt to a variety of customer issues that require prompt attention.

Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Provides accurate order processing data entry for requests from customers to place and manage orders
- Determines exact lead times for customer orders by coordinating with the production planning team
- Communicates accurate lead times and information to external and internal customers
- Utilizes order processing reporting system to ensure all orders are entered successfully and correctly
- Processes customer orders/changes/returns according to established department policies and procedures
- Partners with the sales team, production planning team, and Sr. coordinator of customer success to meet and exceed our customer's expectations
- Builds sustainable business relationships of trust through open and interactive communication
- Recommends new approaches, policies, and procedures to continually improve the efficiency of the department and services performed
- Works cross-functionally with multiple departments to stay updated on product knowledge and be informed of any potential changes
