Information Management Analyst (Law Enforcement Dispatcher/Communications)
Eagle Harbor, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC and a Federal Government contracting leader, is seeking Information Management Analysts (Law Enforcement Dispatcher/Communications) to join our team in El Paso, TX. These positions require shift work and tours of duty are 8 hours in length. Shifts may remain static or rotate based on needs of the agency. Coverage is 24/7/365. Positions will be available June 1, 2026. Responsibilities include:
Answer all incoming communication to the agency's Command Center.
Interview callers and obtain relevant information for appropriate referrals.
Maintain a daily log of events reported to the Command Center.
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the home agency/interagency operations protocol.
Record all information regarding significant enforcement activity, critical incidents, and threats in a database and notify appropriate agency managers.
Operate all equipment in the Command Center in support of the day-to-day operations and during crisis management.
Conduct law enforcement database queries.
Operate and update data in the emergency notification database system.
Enter data into the Hazardous Waste Disposal Systems (HWDS). Immediately provide callers with a control number for the HWDS.
Complete required incident reports and other email/written communication as required by agency management.
Operate the following equipment when the Crisis Management Team is activated:
Wall-mounted monitors.
Stand-alone computers, Agency Network and Classified Network workstations.
RBD/HDMI interface with computers and laptops.
Multi-line telephone system and patch panel.
Secure and non-secure telephones and facsimile machines.
Receive secure documents and telephone calls for input of data into agency databases and issue computer generated "control numbers" back to the field office via telephone, email or secure facsimile.
Assist the agency's property custodian with day-to-day property management functions to include physical inventories and property documentation. Requirements include:
US Citizen.
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and Agency clearance.
Active Secret Clearance.
Possess skills and diplomacy in dealing with a wide range of callers.
Maintain professional composure when handling incoming callers.
Skilled in listening with the ability to effectively articulate detailed information to the appropriate official in a logical and clear manner.
Ability to organize material into clear, grammatically correct written reports.
Ability to easily learn new databases to input/retrieve data and attend any required training, if required.
Excellent MS Office Suite skills (MS Word, Excel, Office, etc.).
Ability to work a rotating 8-hour shift schedule depending on the needs of the agency.
Positions are on-site in El Paso, TX. No remote work is authorized.
