We're hiring a Salesforce Executive to join our team!This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing
Integrated Business Planning (IBP) function and play a key role in supporting the business through the optimisation and management of our CRM system.
Freixenet Copestick are a major player in the UK drinks market and we're proud to be the UK's leading supplier of sparkling wines.In this role, you’ll help maximise CRM adoption, deliver valuable commercial insights, and collaborate with teams across Sales, Operations, Marketing, Finance, and IT. You’ll also work with global colleagues as a key user supporting the rollout and development of a global CRM platform.

What you’ll be doing:
Manage the day-to-day CRM environment, including user access, permissions, workflows, licences and data quality
Act as a CRM key user, supporting training, onboarding and best practices across the business
Gather requirements, support testing and contribute to improvements for new system developments
Build and maintain reports and dashboards to identify sales trends and commercial insights
Monitor CRM usage and opportunity pipelines to support sales conversion and new business growth
Support the creation and tracking of marketing campaigns and business development initiatives
Provide first-line CRM support, troubleshooting issues and escalating when required
Work closely with Sales, Operations, Marketing and Finance teams to ensure accurate data and reporting
Collaborate with global Sales and IT colleagues to share best practice and drive improvements
Support the IBP Controller with new processes, systems and ways of working within the IBP function
What we’re looking for:
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent attention to detail
Experience with Salesforce CRM system
Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams effectively
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience creating reports and translating data into actionable insights
A proactive, organised and collaborative approach
Exposure to FMCG environments (desirable)
