About Us
Megaforce is one of Europe’s leading stage engineering companies, delivering complex stage solutions for concerts, tours, festivals, and international live productions. To strengthen our Business Development team, we are looking for a professional who actively contributes to our international market growth and independently develops new business opportunities.
Your Role
Identify and develop new business opportunities, clients, and partners within the international live entertainment industry
Build and maintain relationships with promoters, production companies, and other key industry players
Lead initial conversations and develop them into structured opportunities
Be regularly present at industry events, conferences, and live productions
Work closely with the Senior Business Development Manager and support the execution of sales activities
Take ownership of selected topics, regions, or accounts
Prepare and follow up on meetings and ensure consistent tracking of opportunities
Contribute to the development of market approaches and business development activities
The role combines independent work in the market with close collaboration within the team.
Your Profile
Several years of experience in sales, business development, or within the live entertainment / event industry
Initial experience in independently approaching and developing clients
Ability to build relationships and lead conversations confidently
Structured working style and a strong sense of priorities
Strong communication skills and confident presence
Fluent in German and English
Willingness to travel internationally
A genuine passion for music, artists, and live events, with strong interest in the industry
