Shipping Administrator 2nd Shift

ZIEHL-ABEGG is looking for a high energy and results-oriented Shipping Administrator who can be a strong contributor to our heavily expanding company. The Shipping Administrator will be responsible for supporting all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing shipping documentation.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Coordinates items for shipment with Warehouse team.
Process shipments according to International Trade Compliance requirements.
Preparation of all shipping documentation according to company and country requirements.
Ensures all shipments are accurate and delivery schedules are met by working closely with internal and external parties.
Ensures filing of shipping documentations according to company document retention policy
Deals with inquiries relating to shipment issues and documents discrepancies.
Coordinates full order cycle.
Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, retailers, and consumers.
Comply with laws, regulations, and ISO requirements.
Review A/P invoice vouchers for accuracy and process vouchers. Investigate and report discrepancies.
Create and maintain daily / weekly shipping list.
Provide freight forwarder service.
Coordinate all facets of incoming / outgoing sea & air freight.
Complete stock receipts for Canada warehouse & US warehouse as back-up for warehousing personnel
Create delivery notes, Bills of Lading, and all necessary shipping documents necessary.
Process A/P invoice vouchers.
Invoice freight charges to customers.
Assist Warehouse Outbound Team with outbound freight auditing.
All other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Working knowledge of logistics processes
Knowledge of freight management and shipping documentation
Understanding of inventory management
Ability to act decisively to resolve issues
Excellent time management & planning skills, detail-oriented personality, good communication skills
MS Office, ERP, freight forwarder websites & portals
