DevRel / Business Development
Kubelt, San Francisco, CA, United States
About the job
As our DevRel / BD hire, you'll own how developers discover, integrate, and build with t54's protocols, and you'll close the partnerships that put those integrations into production. This is a hybrid role that spans technical community building and strategic business development, reporting directly to the CEO. Your work will directly shape our ecosystem growth and go-to-market as the agentic economy takes form.
What You'll Do
Create high-quality technical content — integration guides, tutorials, cookbooks, reference implementations — that helps developers build with agentic protocol, x402 and our trust APIs
Identify, pursue, and close integration partnerships with AI agent frameworks, blockchain protocols, payment providers, and fintech infrastructure companies
Manage the full BD cycle from ecosystem mapping and outreach through to signed agreements
Represent t54 at industry events, conferences, Twitter Spaces, and podcasts
Build and engage developer communities across Discord, X/Twitter, Telegram, and GitHub
Translate developer and partner feedback into product insights, working closely with our research and engineering teams
Shape go-to-market strategy for new protocol launches and ecosystem expansions
About You
You have 3+ years of experience in developer relations, business development, developer marketing, or a similar hybrid role
You're deeply embedded in the Web3/crypto or AI agent ecosystem — ideally both
You've shipped technical content that developers actually used: documentation, tutorials, SDKs, or sample applications
You have a track record of closing integration partnerships or strategic deals — not just building relationships, but getting them across the line
You're technically credible and can understand protocol-level concepts, write code samples, and have substantive conversations with engineering teams
You have a strong public presence — active on X/Twitter, comfortable speaking at events, and a solid writer
You're self-directed and thrive in ambiguity. This is a seed-stage startup, not a corporation.
Nice to Have
Experience with payment protocols, HTTP 402, or agent-to-agent communication standards
Familiarity with agent frameworks such as OpenClaw and Virtuals ACP
Existing network in AI infrastructure or Web3 ecosystems you can activate immediately
Background in trust, identity, or risk systems
