Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist
Lingo Staffing is now hiring a Warehouse Fulfillment Specialist in the Winter Garden, FL area to start ASAP! Fulfillment Specialist Plays a key role in daily operations by accurately picking, packing, and preparing jewelry-related products for shipment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with small items, staying organized, and ensuring every order is completed with care and attention to detail.
Pay & Schedule: $17 Hourly MondayFriday (Schedule may vary based on business needs)
Responsibilities:
Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with accuracy and care
Ensure all shipments meet quality and presentation standards
Print and apply shipping labels
Prepare orders for daily carrier pickups
Ensure orders are shipped within one business day
Receive and verify incoming shipments
Organize and stock small inventory items.
Maintain an efficient and accurate inventory system
Assist with inventory counts and report discrepancies
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Follow company procedures for fulfillment and inventory
Assist with improving workflow and organization systems
Test and certify welding machines for functionality
Support occasional product photoshoots or social media content
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work efficiently while maintaining accuracy
Comfortable working with small, detailed items
Reliable and punctual
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Previous warehouse, packing, or inventory experience is required.
No forklift experience required
