
Software Engineer – Fircosoft

Significant, hands-on experience with FircoSoft, including deep knowledge of:
Continuity V6
Screening Preparation
Strong development and configuration expertise using:
Java, J2EE, Spring Boot
IBM MQ, Kafka
Shell Scripting
Oracle SQL & PL/SQL
Microservices and messaging technologies
Proven experience delivering and supporting FircoSoft solutions in large, complex, enterprise environments
Strong understanding of sanctions screening workflows and data processing at scale
End-to-end knowledge of the SDLC, including production support and operational resilience
Practical experience or formal training in Kubernetes and AWS concepts
Hands-on exposure to CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins), application resiliency, and security best practices
Highly Valued (Differentiators)
Multi-year experience implementing and upgrading latest FircoSoft versions, especially Continuity V6
Experience modernizing or re-architecting legacy FircoSoft platforms
Exposure to cloud-native architectures and containerized deployments
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts applied to screening, alert reduction, or data analysis
Experience working directly with compliance, risk, or sanctions teams
