What You'll Do:
- Tackle assigned guest rooms with energy and attention to detail, meeting (and exceeding) our high standards for cleanliness and quality.
- Handle guest requests, complaints, and moments of surprise with genuine care and professionalism-your goal: happy, satisfied guests every time.
- Maintain confidentiality and security in all guest rooms. What happens in the suite, stays in the suite.
- Observe all house and safety rules, including housekeeping room procedures and security protocols-your safety and our guests' peace of mind come first.
- Complete daily assignments and seasonal deep cleans, keeping our property sparkling, inside and out.
- Restock and return your housekeeping cart at the end of each shift-ready for the next day's adventure.
- Report maintenance issues promptly and keep communication channels open with management and co-workers.
- Take on "other duties as assigned"-because every day is different, and flexibility is part of the fun.
What You'll Bring:
- At least one year of professional cleaning experience; hotel experience is a big plus.
- Strong communication skills-you can connect with guests, management, and your teammates, and you're not afraid to ask questions or offer solutions.
- Knowledge of proper chemical handling-you keep yourself and others safe.
- Bilingual English/Spanish? Even better! Our guests come from everywhere, and so do you.
- Familiarity with local attractions and activities-a great recommendation can turn a stay into an experience.
Your Schedule:
- Flexibility is key. You'll need to be available for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts. Hospitality never sleeps, and neither do we.
