This is an in‑office position, based in New York City and includes regular attendance in the office four days each week. There may be some flexibility to work remotely per your departmental guidance.

During the week, work closely with the news team, helping to run coverage on breaking news and assigning reporters on enterprise and features.

Qualifications

7+ years' experience at a journalism or media company or other relevant organization.

Experience stepping in at all stages of the editing process, from a story’s conception to first editing through its publication.
