We are expanding our team and seeking a detail-oriented *Plumbing Estimator* to prepare accurate estimates for new home construction, remodels, light commercial, and residential projects. This role reports directly to the Plumbing Manager and works closely with homeowners, builders, and internal teams to ensure pricing is competitive, clear, and aligned with project scope. Perform material and labor takeoffs for single-family homes, townhomes, and remodel projects
* Prepare accurate estimates to present to customers
* Price fixtures, piping, rough-in, and finish plumbing
* Communicate with suppliers to obtain current material pricing
* Work with project managers and field crews to confirm scope and labor requirements
* Lead jobs as necessary to ensure success of assignment plumbing
*2+ years of experience in plumbing estimating or hands-on plumbing sales experience
* Strong understanding of residential and light commercial plumbing systems and installation methods
* Familiarity with estimating software or Excel based estimating
* Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
* Journeyman Plumber license or equivalent field experience
* Experience with construction and residential remodels, service work, and light commercial
* Knowledge of local residential plumbing codes
