*Position Overview:*
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Commercial Lines Insurance Producer to join our team in a desk-based sales role. This position focuses on developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and delivering tailored commercial insurance solutions to business clients. The ideal candidate is competitive, organized, and comfortable generating and closing business primarily through phone, email, and virtual communication.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Prospect, develop, and generate new commercial insurance accounts
* Conduct outbound calls to business owners and decision-makers
* Cross-sell and round out existing client accounts
* Analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage solutions
* Prepare and present proposals to clients
* Collaborate with account managers to ensure smooth onboarding and service
* Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in agency management systems
* Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue goals
* Stay current on market trends, carrier appetites, and coverage changes
*Qualifications*
* Active PA Property & Casualty (P&C;) license (required)
* 1–3+ years of commercial insurance sales experience preferred
* Strong prospecting and closing skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Self-motivated with strong time management abilities
* Comfortable working in a goal-driven, performance-based environment
* Experience with agency management systems and CRM tools preferred
