Head of Recruiting (Executive Search & Staffing)
Location: Brooklyn, New York / Remote / Hybrid
Reports to: Managing Director
The Opportunity
Awardingoods Solutions is at a pivotal inflection point. We have built a reputation for excellence in quality staffing and executive recruitment; now, we are looking for a visionary Head of Recruiting to architect our next phase of hyper-growth.
This isn’t just a "hiring" role—it is a leadership position designed for a builder . You won't just be managing a team; you will be designing the recruitment engine from the ground up to ensure we dominate our market. If you are a strategist who still loves the thrill of the hunt, this is your seat at the table.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Scaling: Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy to double our internal consultant headcount and external placement volume within [Timeframe].
Process Architecture: Audit and optimize our full-cycle recruitment tech stack (ATS, CRM, Sourcing tools) to ensure maximum efficiency and automation.
Executive Search Leadership: Directly manage high-level executive searches while mentoring a team of recruiters on advanced headhunting and negotiation techniques.
Brand Ambassadorship: Enhance Awardingoods Solutions' employer brand to attract top-tier recruitment talent and high-value clients.
Data-Driven Growth: Establish KPIs and OKRs focused on quality-of-hire, time-to-fill, and long-term placement retention.
The Ideal Candidate
Experience: 8+ years in staffing/recruitment, with at least 3 years in a leadership or "Lead Recruiter" capacity.
Sector Expertise: A proven track record of success in both high-volume staffing and niche, high-stakes Executive Search.
The "Builder" Mindset: You don’t just follow a playbook; you write it. You thrive in environments where you have the autonomy to change processes and experiment.
Networking Pro: You possess a deep "rolodex" and understand how to leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, AI-sourcing tools, and unconventional methods to find the "unfindable" candidate.
Compensation & Benefits
We believe in rewarding the engine of our growth with a package that reflects the weight of this role.
Performance Bonus: Quarterly bonuses tied to growth milestones and placement revenue.
Equity/Profit Sharing: Potential for equity or profit-sharing units as we reach scaling benchmarks.
Health & Wellness: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
Tech Stipend: All the hardware and software you need to build your "Recruitment Command Center."
Work-Life Integration: Flexible Remote/Hybrid work schedule and unlimited PTO policy.
Why Awardingoods Solutions?
A Seat at the Table: You aren't just an employee; you are a partner in our expansion.
Uncapped Growth: You are the primary engine for our expansion; your success directly dictates the company's trajectory.
Culture of Excellence: We value high-touch, ethical recruitment over "smile and dial" volume. We do things the right way, every time.
Are you ready to build the future of staffing?
