New Leaf Search has partnered with a FinTech and leasing company in its search for a Senior European Business Development Manager, Brokers.
The Role
This is a senior commercial role within a fast-growing European equipment finance platform. While the successful candidate may be based in the Nordic region, their remit will span the UK, DACH and Nordics, with responsibility for developing broker-led origination across all three markets.
Reporting directly to the Co-CEO, the role offers significant autonomy and commercial impact.
Key Responsibilities
Build and expand broker relationships across the UK, DACH and Nordic regions.
Originate, structure and close complex equipment finance transactions.
Develop a strong pipeline of qualified broker-led opportunities.
Position innovative financing solutions including CAPEX, sale-and-leaseback and Pay-per-Use models.
Candidate Profile
10+ years’ experience in asset finance or leasing with Nordic market exposure.
Proven track record of closing high-value equipment finance transactions.
A true, aggressive business developer with a hunter mindset, driven by deal-based commission and commercial success.
Highly commercial, resilient and comfortable operating across multiple European markets.
We strongly favour applicants with proven, relevant experience in Financial Services; particularly Asset Finance and Leasing.
You will also require relevant IN-COUNTRY experience; without which, your application will NOT be considered.
£50,000 – £75,000 plus excellent uncapped bonus and benefits.
