Administrative Professional II
The Administrative Professional II provides comprehensive administrative/technical support for the task order for US Army Combat Capabilities Development Command (DEVCOM); Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance (C5ISR) Center; Engineering and Systems Integration (ESI) Directorate. Responsibilities include:
Managing calendars, coordinating meeting logistics - including room scheduling, invites, and VTC connections - and assisting with travel arrangements using the Defense Travel System (DTS).
Maintaining office supplies, proofreading and correcting program and acquisition documentation, and preparing minutes for events.
Using common office equipment, e.g., facsimile (fax) machines, copiers, projectors, and PC printers. Performing high-quality project support.
Maintaining logs, records, archives, and/or working files.
Consolidating and finalizing presentations, staff charts, weekly activity reports, etc.
Reporting and recording meeting minutes.
Tracking and maintaining copies of signed non-disclosure agreements and providing reports to the Government, including names and dates of signatures.
Tracking certifications and trainings for personnel - Contractors, civilians, and military.
Supporting pre- and post-event meetings with stakeholders; preparing agendas; collecting biographies; room preparation; coordinating with protocol; creating, reviewing, and delivering meeting minutes within seven calendar days; and supporting the coordination, documentation, and dissemination of tasks that are received from DoD and non-DoD Government agencies.
Supporting the coordination, documentation, and planning of the Government exchanges and similar community-wide efforts.
Qualifications required:
Minimum 3 years experience and/or AS/AA or 2yr Tech School; or HS/GED w/ 10 years or military experience E3 and up
Ability to work with government-provided software packages (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
TS/SCI Clearance
Salary Range: $75,858. The above salary range represents a general guideline. Integral Federal considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and/or discretionary bonuses in addition to base pay.
